UK Delivery

  • Fine Art Prints (Unframed, Rolled): Flat fee of £10 per order
    FREE on Print orders over £75.

  • Mounted & Framed Prints:

    • Up to 40 x 30 inches (100 x 75cm) or 36 x 36 inches (90 x 90cm):
      £10 per item, capped at £30 per order.

    • 40 x 30 inches and larger (up to 60 x 40 or 50 x 50 inches):
      £20 for the first item, £10 for each additional item, capped at £30 per order.

    • Above 60 x 40 inches (150 x 100cm) or 50 x 50 inches (125 x 125cm):
      Delivery quoted separately to ensure safe, insured handling.

  • FREE Delivery: FREE delivery on Print Order over £75 and Product Orders over £500.

Same Day Delivery (UK only)

  • For local or time critical deliveries we use City Sprint or Gophr for smaller items.
    Available from £40 depending on item size and location.

  • For larger or more delicate items we use our own trusted driver service (Rates from £90)

  • Contact us for a tailored quote.

Turnaround times

  • Fine Art Prints (Unframed): 2–5 working days

  • Mounted & Framed Prints: typically within 10 working days
    (For hand-stained frames or embellished prints, please allow up to 15 working days)

    Delivery Transit Times: Most UK deliveries are sent via DHL on a next working day (24hr) service. Larger items or remote locations may take up to 48 hours.

  • Priority Service: Need it faster? For time-sensitive deadlines we offer a chargeable priority service, where your order is moved further up the production queue.
    Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and avoid disappointment.

EU & International Delivery

  • Fine Art Prints from £20.

  • Mounted & framed works are quoted individually for safe, insured delivery.

  • Oversized works (>60 x 40 in) require a custom shipping quote.

How we ship

  • Fine Art Prints are carefully rolled and packed in protective tubes. These can also be supplied flat on request.

  • Mounted & Framed Prints are boxed using museum-grade, eco-conscious packaging.

  • All deliveries are fully insured for their full value.

What to Do if Something Arrives Damaged

We take great care in producing and packaging every order, but sometimes items can get damaged in transit. If your order isn’t 100%, here’s what to do:

1. Take Photos Straight Away

  • Photograph the outer packaging (must include the delivery label and if possible, before opening).

  • Photograph the internal packaging and the damaged item.

  • Clear photos help us make a courier claim and get your replacement to you quickly.

2. Keep the Packaging

  • Please hold on to all packaging materials (boxes, wrapping, inserts).

  • Couriers may need to inspect the original packaging.

3. Contact Us Within 48 Hours

  • Email us at info@arteumprints.co

  • Include your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue.

4. We’ll Put It Right

  • We’ll confirm the next steps as soon as we receive your email.

  • Most often, we’ll arrange a free replacement or, if preferred, a refund.

  • Replacement orders are always prioritised in production.
