Our store is hosted on Squarespace Ireland Ltd. or Squarespace, Inc. (collectively, "Squarespace"). They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases, and the general Squarespace application. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

3. Online Store & Eligibility Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

4. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. Products, Pricing & Modifications

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our prints that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

6. Delivery, Risk, & International Orders

Products ordered from our website will be delivered to the address specified at checkout. Delivery dates provided are estimates only. While we make every reasonable effort to meet shipment schedules, ARTEUM GROUP LTD cannot be held liable for delays caused by postal couriers or international customs procedures.

For international shipments outside the United Kingdom, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.

7. UK Consumer Cancellation & Return Rights

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase of standard stock goods within 14 days of receiving them, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision via email at info@arteum.co before the 14-day period expires. You must return the items to us in their original condition and packaging at your own expense within 14 days of cancellation.

Exceptions: The right to cancel and return goods does not apply to items made to your custom specifications, personalised goods, or items altered at your explicit request.

8. Scheduling & Appointment Bookings

Our website utilizes Squarespace Scheduling (Acuity) to manage appointments and consultations. By booking an appointment, you agree to provide complete and accurate information. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen operational demands. If you need to cancel or modify your appointment, you must do so within the timeframe permitted by the booking confirmation notice.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, print designs, artwork, and software, is the absolute property of ARTEUM GROUP LTD or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The purchase of any product or print from us does not transfer any intellectual property rights or copyright ownership to the buyer. You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, redistributing, modifying, or commercially exploiting any artwork or content from arteumprints.com without receiving our explicit written authorisation prior to use.
